I create digital marketing materials to boost brand awareness and engagement across online platforms now and in the future. I lead the rebranding efforts, crafting a new brand identity that resonates with our audience. I establish partnerships with schools and companies to expand our network and drive business growth. I implement data-driven strategies to improve marketing and sales operations, analyzing market trends and key performance indicators. As a proactive and versatile team member, I have played a vital role in positioning Aalloille Finland Oy for success in our competitive market. My area of responsibility extends from marketing, purchases, and sales to HubSpot. I am currently developing our HubSpot operations, our marketing processes, and our online store. I am also involved in a project where our operations start working with A.I. I work in procurement, where my areas of responsibility are orders from our suppliers and updating and managing system information and data. I also work as a sales support, where I enter sales orders into the system.

I helped them with their global expansion plan by finding guides for different destinations through LinkedIn, TripAdvisor and official guide pages and created tours for new guides. My other tasks included writing articles for the company's blog and researching competitors' branding, visions and missions. I also had the opportunity to study SEO and create an email marketing newsletter.

Marketing Team Leader - Haaga-Helia & Laurea Nordic Travel Fair 2019

August 2018 - January 2019

Haaga-Helia and Laurea's joint project to promote study opportunities at the MATKA19 Travel Fair in Helsinki. I worked as a team leader of the marketing team. Our tasks were designing a marketing plan, making posts on social media platforms, and marketing the event before, during and after the event. My other tasks included planning schedules and deadlines, organizing meetings, and collaborating with other teams and the project manager.

Sales & Marketing Intern - Helsinki Congress Paasitorni

April 2018

I developed their social media account (Instagram) and created content for it, wrote blog articles for the class blog about our internship, how we developed their services and various events we were involved in. I worked in cloakroom services, helped with dinner play, collected customer feedback and updated the customer register. We also got to know sales, event and congress management and how marketing is done.

Project Manager - Experimental Afternoon Coffee Event

January - March 2018

An experimental afternoon coffee event for exchange students. The goal of the event was to teach about Finland with different senses, organize a classy afternoon coffee event and work well as a team. I worked as a project manager and a member of the communications team. My job was to organize meetings with the whole group or team leaders. I also communicate between our teachers and our team. I made sure we stayed on schedule and that everyone knew what the next step was. I created the basis for the event plan and completed it with the group leaders. During the event, I gave a speech of welcome and thanks, coordinated the event and checked that everything went well.

Our class organized a study tour to Oslo, Norway, where our class visited local tourism industry companies. I worked as the Budgeting team leader. Our team was responsible for handling the finances and budgeting of the tour.
